Our company headquarters are located in Onda, Castellón. However, our products are promoted and sold exclusively online.

We offer our clients three methods of payment for their orders:

  • Via Paypal.
  • Directly through our website, via the Redsys payment gateway. In order to protect our customers, we work with a company specialized in online payments to provide the high level of PCI compliance (online payment Security Systems) that banks and major companies depend on.
  • Via Bizum

It is not possible to make online purchases via the Stock Mosaic store in the following regions:

Bosnia, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We are making our entire sales team available to you so that you may process your order directly with an agent. To proceed, simply write us at info@stockmosaic.com indicating what you need, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

Once the order has been placed, Stock Mosaic will ship within 2 to 5 business days for orders to be delivered within Peninsular Spain, depending on the specific destination area.

For deliveries to the Balearic Islands and within the European Union, while it depends on the specific area, orders shall be received within a maximum of 10 business days.

Of course. Before finalizing the purchase, when filling out the Billing Details, you will find the checkbox “Ship to a different address?”. Once you check the box, a menu will open in which you can enter the details for the delivery address.

In that case, the delivery driver will leave a notice for you to contact the delivery company. The client shall be responsible for any additional expenses that may result.

Because delivery drivers are not authorized to handle the merchandise, they always unload the merchandise at the curb; they do not bring the merchandise into homes and properties. For this reason, help will most likely be needed in order to bring the material into the home or property.

Yes, when you place your order you must provide any information regarding anything that may make it difficult or impossible for the delivery driver to access the delivery address. In the event the merchandise cannot be unloaded, an alternative delivery point will be sought. The customer shall be responsible for any and all costs that may result.

We sell by the box, and each box contains a specific amount of m2. When ordering, for each box added the page will indicate the corresponding number of square meters, up to and including the amount of stock currently available.

STOCK MOSAIC will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise by the CUSTOMER, provided that a no-return policy has not been explicitly indicated for the article in question, in which case returns will not be accepted. Please read our Terms of Sale for more information.

We accept the cancellation of orders, provided we have not already proceeded to prepare or send the order in question. If the order has already been prepared or sent, the customer shall proceed to return the order in the manner indicated in  our Terms of Sale

Once you have completed the purchase process, an order confirmation will appear on your screen with all the purchase details, shipping address and items purchased.

We recommend that you keep this order confirmation as proof. You will also receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly.

Stock Mosaic will inform you by email of the status of your order. Once the merchandise is in the hands of the delivery company, the customer shall be notified by email so that he or she can be ready for it. Nonetheless, feel free to contact us whenever you wish using our contact form, or write to us at info@stockmosaic.com and we will provide you with specific information about your order as quickly as possible.

Our platform is hosted on secure servers that allow all transactions to be encrypted. Nonetheless, all payments are made through your bank’s banking gateways and these provide total protection. At no time does our company have access to your bank details.

All products are covered by the guarantee law in effect in Spain: a 2 year guarantee for manufactured goods.

All the sale prices indicated on the STOCK MOSAIC website are shown in EUROS and include VAT. Postage to the delivery address indicated by the customer is included in the sale price.

The prices indicated for each article include current VAT.

Once the order has been delivered, the customer will receive an email to which the corresponding invoice will be attached in PDF format.
